The Canada-ASEAN Scholarships and Educational Exchanges for Development (SEED) program provides students, from member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), with short-term exchange opportunities for study or research at the graduate level.

Students must be citizens of an ASEAN member state and be enrolled as a full-time student at a post-secondary institution in Canada to receive the scholarship.

Ontario Trillium Scholarship is an initiative by the Ontario government to help international students pursue a Ph.D. degree at one of several top eligible universities in Ontario. The scholarship is a 1-year payment, but it can be renewed.
